Odyssey begins as a series of live interviews with key figures from our past. Meet some thirty men and women who helped forge history during events like:

The Battle of the Plains of Abraham in 1759, when Montcalm lost New France to Wolfe.
The 1763 Treaty of Paris, which ended the Seven Years War and ceded all of Canada to the British.
The Quebec Act of 1774, which reestablished certain French Canadian rights.
The rebellion of 1837.
The British North America Act of 1867, which created the Dominion of Canada.
The entry of each province into Canadian confederation.
